YMCA of the Rockies – Estes Park , CO
May 30, 31 and June 1

The sacred goddess lies dormant in all women. All women possess this divine feminine energy. Join us as we celebrate & honor the goddess in ourselves & in one another in a sacred & welcoming space. Together we will honor the transition to summer in the beauty of the Rockies . We will gather to learn, share & celebrate. In addition to mini-workshops, circles & Nia, we’ll have ongoing activities including contemplative movement, self-discovery through increased intuitive connection, delicious ethnic food & plenty of free time to connect with nature; minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

The retreat will be held in a rustic cabin at the YMCA of the Rockies in beautiful Estes Park. Included are:

Two nights communal style lodging. Private rooms available at additional cost;
Five ethnically diverse meals featuring local and organic products and produce;
Dance/Movement ~ Nia ~ Yoga ~ luscious, sensory, easy to learn Middle Eastern movement designed to stimulate your intuitive self ~ AND ~ a very special session of Authentic Movement based on 5 Rhythms, Trance & World Dance designed to reacquaint you with your sensual, sexy self, taught by Lynne Jorday;
A workshop facilitated by Rehana Shahid offering specific techniques to access deep levels of self-awareness & personal power, recognize & connect to your life purpose & consciously attract & create from a deep place of feminine power:
A unique outdoor mini-workshop facilitated by Dodi Jackson. This special offering will incorporate hiking & connecting with nature as we collect treasures from Mother Nature and transform them into a memorable piece of visual art;
Plenty of free time for walking, hiking and reading;
A mini-workshop on honoring the goddess within with practical everyday ingredients; taught by Shadi Ramey;
A discussion of Eckhart Tolle’s “A New Earth – Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose” (for those interested in participating).

**OPTIONAL/ADDITIONAL – Participants have the option to receive a fabulous Thai Massage from practitioner Lynne Jordan for an extra fee. Rehana Shahid will be offering intuitive readings as well. Mention this option when signing up as number of massages and readings are limited.

Vegetarian options will be available at every meal. Please let us know if you have food allergies or intolerances as we will do our best to accommodate you.
